Let's begin with telling us your name, and where are you from?
Hi, my name's Jess Harle and i'm from Australia!
What was the reason you initially reached out for coaching? Where were you at with your business, career, or fitness?
I contacted Steph to mentor myself and open wide within relationships, build strong foundations around planning, setting healthy boundaries, and knock out old patterns to replace them with healthy meaningful ones.
What have you discovered about yourself after using coaching?
I discovered self love. You don’t need someone to love you as much as you need to love yourself. I also gained a better understanding of my behavioral patterns and breaking them.
What achievements are you most proud of yourself for achieving during our time together?
I achieved everything I set out to with Steph, every session I learnt and grew where I wanted to be.
What is next for you? What new goals are you striving towards now?
Staying open wide and attracting loyal, authentic, positive people into my life daily. I’m currently half way through my next 90 day plan so stay tuned!
Do you have any gems of wisdom for anyone who might be on a similar journey right now?
Absolutely! We tend to criticize ourselves to often in our lives whether it’s business or family life but.. recently I learnt this phrase at a breakfast seminar, “we don’t know what we don’t know” until your taught different.
Anything else you would love to say about your experience with coaching?
You only grow as much as the people who coach you. Do you think Bill Gates became who he is today solo? Or Richard Branson? Hell no! Emerge yourself with coaches when you’re ready for massive growth in you!
